We will always aim to get your new socks to you as quickly as possible. We typically dispatch all orders within 1 working day and will notify you by email to let you know when your order is on its way. During busy periods, it may take us a little longer to dispatch your order.

Returns Information

We hope you will love your socks! If an item is not as you expected you can return your items to us within 28 days of your purchase date and we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund. Please note, all items returned to us must be unworn, in a saleable condition and in its original packaging. 

If the product you received is not of satisfactory quality or is not fit for purpose, you may cancel your order within 28 days and we will refund the full cost of your order including postage.

Items remain your responsibility until they reach us, so we recommend for your protection that you use a delivery service that insures you against the full value of the items and provides a proof of delivery. 

Returns Process

1. Please contact us by email on hello@loveyoursocks.co.uk to let us know that you wish to cancel / or return your order to us. Please include your name, order number and the reason for cancellation in your email so we can help. We will provide you with a returns address for you to send you item(s) back to us.

2. If you would like an exchange, please let us know which item(s) you would like.

3. Any costs incurred in returning the item(s) to us are your responsibility, unless the product is faulty or not fit for purpose. Items remain your responsibility until they reach us so we recommend using a signed for or tracked service.

4. Please return your goods along with the original invoice and a note including the reason for return.
