Orders & Delivery

How do I place an order?

To place an order, select the item you would like to purchase and click on 'add to cart'. This will add your item to your basket, you can now go to the checkout and complete your order. If you need any help placing your order please email us at hello@loveyoursocks.co.uk and we will be happy to help. 

How do I know my order has been placed?

Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirming your order. If you don't receive an email, please get in contact with us at hello@loveyoursocks.co.uk.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We will always aim to dispatch your socks as quickly as possible. All orders should be with you within 5 working days. If you have not received your order after this time please get in contact with us at hello@loveyoursocks.co.uk.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Unfortunately we can't accept orders over the phone. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards and Paypal.

What are your delivery rates?

Why has the price changed?

We always try to offer competitive pricing on all of our products, so sometimes the price on our website might change. If the product you have ordered has been reduced and your order has not been dispatched we may be able to honour this discount. We are unable to refund the difference if items have already been dispatched.

Do I have to pay VAT on my order?

All of our products include VAT.
